Thank you for your interest in Miss Aetheris. Miss Aetheris is Africa's most governance-rigorous, SDG-aligned women's commission institution. We are building a network of exceptional National Directors who will run the Miss Aetheris competition in their territory with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
Our National Directors are an extension of our institutional brand and mission. We require Directors to provide a safe, professional, and inspiring experience for every delegate participating. We reserve the right to run financial and background checks on all prospective National Directors.
As A National Director, You Will Be Responsible For:
Conduct the Miss Aetheris national competition that meets all institutional requirements, rules, and regulations
Pay the assigned license fee for your territory on a timely basis
Create and maintain a business plan covering marketing, PR, recruitment, prize package, and delegate preparation
Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws
Retain commercial liability insurance listing Miss Aetheris as Additional Insured
Develop sponsor and community partnerships in your territory
Promote and maintain media presence for your national titleholder
Support your delegate's E.A.C.H project from selection through final impact reporting
Prepare your delegate for the Miss Aetheris international competition
